Charitable Activities

Klein & Wilson has been blessed by the legal community and its clients and therefore, the partners strongly believe in giving back to the community.

Mark Wilson & Michael LeBoff

The firm is actively involved in numerous Orange County Bar Association sponsored charitable events, such as the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association’s Top Gun Gala (“OCTLA Top Gun”), and the firm’s partners are members of the Orange County Bar Foundation Society of Fellows (” OCBF Society of Fellows”). OCTLA Top Gun raises funds annually to support its mission of “take no challenge alone,” and the funds OCTLA Top Gun raises benefit a wide range of worthy causes each year. OCBF Society of Fellows raises funds to help sustain its mission of keeping at-risk youth out of jail, in school, and healthy and drug free through education, counseling, and mentoring.

Klein & Wilson is most proud of its involvement in Small Angels Foundation and Endowment, Inc. (“Small Angels”). Both Gerald A. Klein and Mark B. Wilson serve on the Small Angels’ Board of Directors. Small Angels provides charitable gifts up to $5,000 to residents of Orange County in crisis who require funding for life-changing events. Small Angels has granted diverse gifts such as providing sports equipment to schools for use in autistic children’s sporting activities, braces for children in foster care, removal of disfiguring blemishes for a teenage girl, foot surgery for a man who had been in pain for many years but could not afford the surgery, orthodonture for a foster child, and other gifts that have helped deserving people change their lives for the better.

Klein & Wilson‘s involvement in Small Angels is a vital component of the firm philosophy. To read more about Small Angels, visit www.smallangelsfoundation.org.

Klein & Wilson supports the work of Veterans Legal Institute, an organization that provides pro bono legal assistance to homeless, at-risk, disabled and low-income current and former service members to eradicate barriers to housing, healthcare, education, and employment and foster self-sufficiency.
