Orange County Bar Association (OCBA)

All partners have served as chairs of the Business Litigation Section, the largest OCBA section with over 800 members, advancing business trial practice through educational programs.

Association of Business Trial Lawyers (ABTL)

Klein & Wilson LLP’s attorneys have collectively served on the ABTL Board of Governors for over 18 years. The ABTL fosters collaboration among attorneys, judges, and business leaders to advance the practice of business litigation.

American Bar Association (ABA)

Mr. LeBoff served as Co-Chair of the Commercial and Business Litigation Committee, the largest committee in the ABA’s Section of Litigation, for three years. He also served as Co-Chair of the Professional Liability Litigation Committee for three years, promoting best practices in complex litigation.

Orange County Trial Lawyers Association (OCTLA)

Klein & Wilson’s attorneys served on the OCTLA Board of Directors for many years, advocating for plaintiffs’ rights and preserving access to jury trials. OCTLA named Mr. Wilson “Trial Lawyer of the Year” in legal malpractice and twice recognized Mr. Wilson as “Board Member of the Year” for his contributions to the organization and the legal profession. OCTLA is the most prominent plaintiffs’ bar in the county, with a mission to protect the rights of people who have been harmed by others and protect everyone’s right to a jury trial.
