Biography
Joseph V. Miceli brings over 15 years of litigation experience to Klein & Wilson. Mr. Miceli represents clients in business litigation and legal malpractice matters. Prior to joining Klein & Wilson, Mr. Miceli was a partner at an AmLaw 100 firm where he represented clients in a large array of matters in state and federal courts, ranging from business disputes, personal injury claims, commercial landlord/tenant disputes, and environmental claims. This breadth of experience taught Mr. Miceli to identify and mitigate risk for clients efficiently and effectively.
Joseph received a classical liberal arts education at Thomas More College of Liberal Arts where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in literature. He then attended Ave Maria School of Law where he graduated cum laude. When Joseph is not working, he is spending time with his wife and three young children, and on the tennis court.
