Brittany Ortiz represents clients in federal and state courts in civil litigation, including breach of contract claims, trade secrets litigation, real estate disputes, and legal malpractice. Ms. Ortiz successfully second-chaired a federal trail during her first year of practice.

Ms. Ortiz earned her law degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. She is trained for mediation under the Dispute Resolution Programs Act through Loyola Law School’s Center for Conflict Resolution.

Ms. Ortiz has volunteered at the Employment Rights Clinic, Domestic Violence Clinic and Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles.

Ms. Ortiz received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles where she graduated cum laude. While at UCLA, Ms. Ortiz received a Scholarship Recognition Award for Superior Academic Standing.
