PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS: Plaintiff claimed that Sullivant failed to pay money owed under a promissory note.
DEFENDANT'S CONTENTIONS: Sullivant claimed the promissory note was usurious.
DAMAGES: Plaintiff claimed damages of $665,887 plus interest.
RESULT: A stipulated judgment was returned for Plaintiff.
